PT. Petro Jaya Sindo Bersama began as a sea transportation handler. To serve customers better, the company established a branch office in Batam, Kepulauan Riau, Indonesia, formally incorporating there in July 2020.
Our business activities span shipping agency, marine services and general trading, covering both domestic and foreign vessels. We take care of foreign-flag vessel handling in Indonesia, assisting with inward and outward port clearance of every kind.
We arrange pilotage, bunkering, ship chandling, warehousing and forwarding, and provide assisting tugs when required, along with support for vessels docking at jetty. Our team also manages mobilization and demobilization, and on/off crew formalities and documentation.

We take good care of your foreign-flag vessel handling in Indonesia, assisting with all kinds of vessels for inward or outward port clearance. We arrange pilotage, bunkering, ship chandler services, warehousing and forwarding, plus assisting tugs when required and support for vessels docking at jetty. We also handle mobilization/demobilization and on/off crew availability, formalities and documentation.
We provide sea transportation — tugs and barges, LCTs, or other vessel types available or ordered by customers — for spot charter or time charter. We're supported by our own vessels as well as strong relationships with other ship-owner companies across Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia.
We carry out fuel-tank replating and cleaning, jetty build-up, and full vessel maintenance — supported by our own crew and yard facilities.
